You can submit a Mission request for both Commercial & Residential Real Estate at any time, through our site directly.
Simply login to your customer profile in the DroneBase dashboard and start by clicking "New Order".
You will then be redirected to our order flow where you will be asked to fill in your mission information. The most important aspects of placing your order are inputting the correct address or GPS Coordinates, drawing an accurate property outline, adding any on-site contact or emergency contact information for the pilot, and selecting the preferred package.
Below are the step by step guide on how to place an order using the Standard Packages.
- Start by logging in to your DroneBase customer profile and click "New Order."
- Input a google verified property address or a set of coordinates.
- If there are airspace restrictions that may impact the flight, you will receive a notification.
- Click "Next" to Select your Package*.
- Click on the desired package. The blue outline indicates the selected package. From this window, you can also add any additional instructions that may pertain to the mission in this window under the "special instructions" field. Click "Next" to move to Site Details.
- Draw an accurate property outline around your location.
- If you've selected a package with a panorama, you must also place a panorama pin in the desired capture location. If a panorama pin is not placed on the map, you will receive a notification to place a pin before moving to the next step.
- Click "Next" to move to Scheduling.
- Select your desired weather preferences, scheduling requirements, and on-site contact protocols. If there are any additional property access instructions, such as a gate code, be sure to include that in the "property access instructions" field.
- Click "Next" to move to the Order Summary.
- Here you can confirm all of the provided mission details are correct before confirming your order.
- Click "Place Order" to submit your order.
- You're Order is submitted, and our operations team will begin working on scheduling your flight. You can monitor your order's status within your missions tab and contact our customer success team at customers@dronebase.com with any questions or concerns.
*Please note that when you are selecting a Pano Package to capture a pano image, you will need to add the Pano Marker on the map indicating where you would like the pilot to capture the pano image from. Please click on the Pano Marker button and you will be able to drag/place the marker on the map by clicking on the marker and moving your mouse (see attached image below).
